Hartford Hospital Yoga for Cancer
Yoga encourages deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for patients in any stage of recovery. Patients, family and friends welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water and two blankets.
Schedule: Five Mondays, 2/27, 3/5, 12, 19, 26, from 10 to 11 am, at the Avon Cancer Center, 80 Fisher Drive, Avon Park North, Avon.
Fee: $50/5 sessions
